Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@nicoleisnicole.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All products are inspected carefully before being dispatched and are packaged well to ensure they arrive to you intact. 


I do not accept responsibility for products being broken during their use. Please see the Care Info page for information on how to look after your pottery.

 

Refund exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Courses: Please check the dates carefully before booking a course. Refunds or reschedules (for the entire course) can be arranged for courses up until 7 days before the start of the course.

If you are unable to attend any of the course dates please notify me 7 days before the beginning of the course and I will try to reschedule your entire course to another month. I can not accommodate changing individual classes around because I only have one pottery wheel per student and no spare wheels so I can't offer make up classes another time.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
